The bed was cozy, and the room felt fresh and well-maintained. A nice touch for budget-conscious travelers — eggs, waffles, muffins ,milk, yogurt and coffee hit the spot.Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team was courteous and helpful.
Always clean and great customer service, this place is ran the right way. Front desk is friendly and professional, the food area is clean and food is always fresh. They make you feel welcomed every time.

We showed up and from the appearance of the outside of the building, the parking lot, the curb appeal, we said “wow, this is new”. We walked in and it looked like the brand new penny you get from the bank. The smell was “new car like”, the floors were squeaky clean like a basketball hardwood floor (literally, my shoes squeaked when I walked). The rooms were immaculately clean and fresh! My wife and I are beyond impressed! The service was as good if not better than the level of clean. Top notch all the way around! Well done. (And by the way, this hotel is 2yrs old but I guarantee you can not tell).
Nice hotel. Would have been a 5 star if this dog friendly hotel had an area to walk dogs that wasn't hot concrete or tall weed filled hot gravel/rocks. Even an artificial turf area would be infinitely better. P

This place is a hidden gem in a tiny town. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is EASILY in my top 3. The staff is very friendly, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms and common spaces are immaculate. If all hotels were like this I'd never go home. If you find yourself in Kermit, TX this is the place you should stay. 5 stars all the way around!
Gorgeous hotel considering the town its in. Had one issue with the exit door. Pet friendly hotel but not so friendly dog walking area full of weeds/stickers and rocks. Big spacious room, lovely/spacious bathroom.
